The panelists now have posed the issue of online comments.

What do people think of online commenters? Should news organizations offer online registration to comment? Should you have to name yourself to comment? Do anonymous commenters really add to the discussion? Should comments be moderated?

    I think at the very lease you should require a name. Now it doesn’t have to be a real one. As long as they put something, there’s some form of identier, something that isn’t anonymous.

    Yes the Commenter should be sign up before posting a comment. Without sign up process many people post bogus comments.
